Victory Academy Report

Dear Friends of Victory,

We are excited to see the details come together for a Labor Day weekend opening. We praise God for what has come together. As well we thank each of you for the many prayers and individual financial gifts that have come in this past quarter.

We rejoice on God’s provision of staff, and I thank you all for the many prayers that have gone before God on behalf of our staff needs. It is amazing to the see the team that god has brought together. Greg and Jan Trometer are excited about the opportunities they will have in the class room with all the boys. Mark and Donna Morgan are well prepared for developing a family atmosphere in the home and helping students God and life. Our resident assistant Justin Bridgers is equally fit for the task of helping the boys. We praise God for a great team that is coming together to see God’s work accomplished here at Victory Academy. Please get to know the staff by reading their bios in the newsletter and pray for them!

Please pray for our startup. There is still a lot that has to come together, but a lot less than two months ago! Student enrollment is at the last minute, especially since just recently been telling our people our September 2nd opening date. We have one enrolled and several good potentials. Pray for Steven, Chris, and Michael as their families pray about enrolling in our program. We are praying that God will allow us to start with at least four students and work our way to he maximum of 6-8.

Our Scholarship Fund is up to $20,000. That is exciting as our projected need for the next year is $42,000. Each of the above students will probably need some help with the tuiton costs, so we appreciate those who are specifically helping build this fund. Those who are giving to the general fund are helping with startup expenses as we bring new staff onand prepare everything for the new school year. We thank everyone for their sacrifice for the ministry to families here at Victory.
